This page explains how MYLUCH LTD handles privacy for the Astro Exposure mobile application. The application is designed as a night photography calculation and field-planning utility with local-first data controls.

The app is designed to calculate and save exposure-related settings such as focal length, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, presets, and favorites locally.
No selling or sharing
Because the app does not collect personal data, MYLUCH LTD does not sell personal data or share collected app data with third parties.
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Astro Exposure app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MYLUCH LTD TOV. MYLUCH LTD TOV is referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.
Astro Exposure is a calculation and planning utility for astrophotography and low-light photography settings. Actual photography results may vary depending on camera equipment, lens behavior, sky conditions, weather, light pollution, and user technique.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only as part of normal network connectivity. This data is not retained by the Service Provider and is not used for tracking.
Local App Data
Astro Exposure may allow users to save calculated exposure entries, camera parameter history, last-used settings, scene selections, saved presets, favorites, darker mode preferences, and field-tip preferences. These records are intended to remain stored locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Data Retention
MYLUCH LTD does not collect or retain personal data from normal use of the Application. Since the Application does not collect personal information, there is no server-side retention period for app usage data.
Any locally saved entries, presets, favorites, settings, and preferences remain on the user’s device until the user deletes them, clears local history, resets favorites, removes app data, or uninstalls the Application.
Data Deletion
Because the Application does not collect or store personal data on MYLUCH LTD servers, there is no remote personal data account to delete.
Users can delete locally stored app information by using available local controls such as Clear history or Reset favorites, clearing the Application’s local storage through device settings, or uninstalling the Application. If a user voluntarily contacts MYLUCH LTD by email, they may request deletion of the information they provided by contacting support@myluchltd.it.com.
Location Data
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from the user’s mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no collected personal data is shared with third parties.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure from normal use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information voluntarily provided through direct contact.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting user personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information a user voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Previous versions may be made available upon request.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
